KC School celebrates 66 years of independence

KC Public School, Nawanshahr celebrated Independence Day with ardent devotion and unfurled the tricolor. Students participated in patriotic function with immense patriotism and showcased their strong feelings for Real Heroes.

In an introductory speech Dr. Munish Mohan Sharma, Principal KC Public School, Nawanshahr briefed the story of struggle for independence. He stated, “On this day we paid homage to those who laid down their lives winning independence for us and they are our Real Heroes”

'KC Public School, Nawanshahr was presenting picturesque beauty on the eve of Independence Day. Entire campus was decorated with tricolors, Photos of freedom-fighters and patriotic slogans. Echoes of patriotic songs were spreading the rays of bravery and patriotism in surrounding.

Students took part in cultural activities with great fervor. Choreography on 'Vande Matram' was quite inspiring and motivating. Dance performances on 'Mera Mulak, Mera Desh, Mera Yeh Watan' and 'Eh Dharti Desh Punjab Di' got a big round of applause. Tiny tots of KCPS also recited poems and danced on inspiring patriotic numbers. Role of Bhagat Singh in Skit on independence was very enkindling and this skit was also applauded by audience. Students also performed Bhangra on Patriotic songs.
