We at KC Public School Nawanshahr, believe that Leadership is about the art of motivating, influencing, and directing people so that they work together to achieve the common goals of a team to broaden the vision of the organisation.

It’s important for students to experience leadership opportunities during their schooling, to learn the art of building relationships within teams and maintaining school discipline effectively. And such is the position of a monitor in school eco system, that allows schools to obtain a graded inspection as soon as possible when there is a realistic likelihood of an improved judgement.

K.C. Public School, Nawanshahr, organised a small event, where the class in-charge handed over and pinned the badges of Class Monitors to all representatives of their respective classes.  Principal Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain applauded the title holders and briefed them to discharge their duties honestly, judiciously and productively.
