ADMISSION NOTICE

ADMISSIONS OPEN FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2022-23

We are more than glad to announce that the admissions are now open for next academic session and we welcome young kids with arms wide open to push open the gates of our institution and grow, learn, flourish and reach sky high limits.

What’s new for the next session is the HOSTEL FACILITY that will give the students more time to grow with each other under the same roof.

ADMISSION PROCESS

Our admission process is fair and transparent, based on the child’s learning capabilities and age criteria.
We do not conduct interviews for the parents as we believe that every child has a right to quality education, irrespective of his/her parent’s educational or professional background.

PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

The candidate/parent should fill the ‘Application for Registration’ and submit to the School Admissions Office along with the prescribed Registration Fee and the following documents:

  1. Registration fee payable as per fee schedule.
  2. Duly filled in Admission Form along with the signed copy of School Rules.
  3. Copies of latest passport size photographs (2) of the child.
  4. Attested copy of the Aadhar Card of the child and both parents.
  5. Attested copy of the PAN CARD of both the parents.
  6. Birth Certificate (attested photocopy).
  7. Pre-Board Marks Sheet of the previous School (for +2 Stage students only).

Please note that Registration does not guarantee admission.

COMMON APTITUDE ANALYSIS (CAA)

Admission to the School is based on the student’s performance in the KCPS CAA. Aptitude Assessment is an online pre – admission test, and comprises of Mathematics, English, and Hindi/General Awareness.

Students shortlisted after the CAA are invited to the school for an Interactive Session of games & sports, co-curricular activities and interaction with the Faculty. During this phase the student and his parents actually experience the KCPIAN Life.

All formalities relating to the admission process, including fee payment and document submission, are completed during this interaction.

In addition to the documents submitted at the time of registration, the following are to be submitted at the time of admission for all students:

  1. Original Transfer Certificate.
  2. Original Report Card of previous class passed.
  3. Medical Performa and physical fitness certificate.
Additional Documents for NRIs and Foreign Students:

In addition to the above mentioned documents, the following documents will also have to be submitted by NRI and foreign students:

  1. Original Passport with valid STUDENT VISA (in original).
  2. An additional attested photocopy of Passport
  3. Letter of acceptance from the local guardian agreeing to be the guardian of the child during his/her stay at the school and accepting to take full responsibility and care of the child during short leaves, vacations and especially during emergencies.
  4. Copy of the Police report regarding the permission for stay of over six months in India. (FRRO Registration, if the child is above 15 years of age).
  5. Letter of Authority permitting the Headmaster or his representative to take all responsibility in case of any emergency.
  6. Photographs and addresses of people allowed to meet the child/children and to take them on visiting weekends and vacations. (For NRI students only)

 

KCPS does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, gender or national origin. We do, however, limit the number of students based on our capacity in order to be able to provide required learning support individually.
