Houses
To ensure a sense of healthy competitiveness, and camaraderie amongst the pupils, KCPS follows a robust “House” system.
Every student is allocated one of the four glittering Houses –
- Topaz
- Ruby
- Emerald
- Sapphire
Each House is led by a member of the teaching staff – the House-master who is involved in the day-to-day life of the student as a mentor. Supporting the House Masters are a number of teaching staff who live in the campus and are available to counsel and tutor the students.
All Houses have House Prefect chosen from the students who provide assistance to the House Master/Mistress. The residences of the Housemaster and of one or more faculty members are attached with the School Hostels.
